General Sports Information

Our program offers both individual and team sports comprised of 10-12 weeks of training and competition.

In team sports for league play, divisions consist of four-to-ten teams playing a single or double round robin format. Teams may be made up of athletes with developmental disabilities, families, friends, and others in the community who want to play on inclusive teams.

Individual sports offer a season of training and skill building at weekly practices.

Tournaments are held in San Diego in individual and team sports. Out-of-town teams are invited to play in our tournaments, and our teams travel when out-of-town tournaments are available.

If an athlete is unable to pay a fee, financial assistance will be made available through SPORTS for Exceptional Athletes.

The sports are divided into four Sports Seasons, with both individual and team sports in each season.
